Castles Oracle's Terms Of Service

By signing up with Castles Oracle's program you agree to all terms and conditions set forth in this agreement.

Oracle may, at any time, edit, add and/or delete portions of this agreement and impose changes without prior notification of its affiliates. Affiliates will be informed of any and all changes to this policy by administrative message.

If any modification is unacceptable to you, your only recourse is to terminate this agreement. Your continued participation in the program following our posting of a change in policy notice or new agreement on our site will constitute a binding acceptance to the change.

Responsibility of Affiliates:
You MUST be 18 years of age or older to participate in this program. Void where prohibited by local laws. You must be able to read and understand English. No exceptions. Members are responsible for submitting accurate, working ads-we do not fix. All ads must be in English.

You agree to and must use your own name and a valid e-mail address in the sign-up process and may not assume a false identity. You may not sign-up multiple times with different e-mail addresses. Your computer must not be shared with another individual that has an existing account without expressed permission from Oracle.

You will use your e-mail address / password combination to access your account, it is your responsibility to keep this information confidential, you may change this information by logging into your account and following the "User Account Info." link.
You are solely responsible for any and all use of your account. You must READ & UNDERSTAND English to be a member of this site.

Should any instances of fraud, system abuse, disruptive behavior or any type of activity deemed to be inappropriate, abusive or illegal by Oracle be detected it will result in member termination. Checking bad keywords results in termination. Cheating of any type will mean immediate termination. Multiple sign-ups, is illegal. Sending or promoting any type of hate or harassing information is forbidden!! Any and all Adult advertising must be targeted to adult only!! Any other will not be permitted and you will lose any redemption!!

You must maintain your e-mail account that you used when signing up with Oracles. Or advise us immediately if you change e-mail account and you must change your information with any changes as they occur. You agree to receive e-mail advertising from Castles Oracle.

In the event your e-mail account on file becomes closed or blocked to messages your account will be terminated. This especially applies to e-mail accounts returned for being Full. Any member sending us gibberish will result in automatic termination of account and Forfeiture of All earnings to date of termination. Auto-responses will also be deleted immediately.

Relationship of the Parties:
You and Castles Oracle are independent contractors, and nothing in this Agreement creates any partnership.

You do not have authority to make or accept any offers or make any representations on behalf of Castles Oracle.

You are solely responsible for the reporting of any payment and of any taxes for money earned while using the program.

Limitation of Liability:
Castles Oracle will not be liable for lost profits, lost business opportunities, or any other damages arising out of/or related to this Agreement or Castles Oracle program.

Payments:
Affiliates earn by receiving paid-emails and visiting the advertiser websites. Affiliates may earn by referring new affiliates. Castles Oracle will pay affiliates when their balance reaches the minimum payout rate set by Castles Oracle.Once the member has reached payout and has clicked the required 50 clicks they may request payment. (Maxiumum cashout amount per month $5.00) Payments will be made within 28 days or a reasonable time after. You will NOT be credited if you do not have "I agree to terms" checked in the interests section of your user profile.
Members are responsible for providing correct payment information. Castles Oracle will not be held responsible for payments sent to inaccurate email addresses or mailing addresses as the member is 100% responsible for having provided the payment information on the payout request form. If we cannot process your payout due to inaccurate account information or payment processor limitations on your account, your request will be cancelled. A member is deemed inactive if they have not clicked the required 50 clicks per month

You must choose the type of payout option you prefer or you will be set to redemption only. All Chinese members are able to redeem earnings for ads only

Program Owners
Any Program Owner that requests payout whilst any of the sites in their group are behind on payments, or are not answering support will have their payout requests denied, If they request again before their sites are in order their accounts will be suspended until such time that their own sites are up to date. Any members that have been deleted for this will not be allowed to rejoin.
Any program owner that has closed/abandoned their sites without paying members or refunding members (for unused upgrades/aff pages etc) in full will not be permitted to join this site.

Free Upgrade
All members that receive the free Earth Fairy Upgrade MUST stay active on the site to keep the free upgrade. If your account goes inactive at any time (without first having contacting admin) you will lose the upgrade, it will not be re-instated. Please note that the free upgrade is a one-time only offer - no member can request more than once.

Affiliate Page Clause:
Castles Oracle is not a paid to promote site. We are a paid to read/click site. Therefore, you MUST be active in the paid to read/click areas of Castles Oracle in order to earn from the affiliate page feature(s). Anyone caught abusing this feature will have these privledges suspended.
Affiliate Pages CANNOT be put in surf (click) exchanges or ptc surf (click) exchanges. If the url has clickxsurf, surfclickxfinal, clicksurf or anything remotely like this, it will be deducted from your account. If I have to do this too many times, your affiliate page will be suspended

Abuse Of Staff
Abuse of Staff is considered sending vulgar emails to any of our email accounts. Harassing any member of staff about payout request, redemption request, memberships or any other harassment via email or instant messaging will be cause for termination of your account without notice. All downline and all earnings will be lost forever. Disruptive conduct towards site or members will result in immediate termination.

Admin Messages
Admin messages sent to the members are solely intended for the members of this site only. If you are found to be copying these Admin Messages in any other forum such as GPF, Been Paid, Who-is-Who, or any other forum without the consent of the program owner, your account will be deleted and all earnings and downlines will be forfeited. We wish you to resolve your complaint with the PO of this site FIRST - but pasting of Admin messages sent to our Members, At any forum of any type is strictly prohibited and will not be tolerated... You WILL be terminated immediately !!

Spam:
You may not promote your referral links through unsolicited emailing (i.e. SPAMMING), newsgroup postings, or any other method of mass communication. Failure to comply will result in immediate termination. Spamming is a federal crime.
